Donate to the Nourish & Flourish Gala auction. Our Nourish & Flourish dinner & auction will take place on Saturday, May 2nd at the 4105 venue in Georgetown. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, with the goal of raising $200,000+. We need gift cards, physical items, or unique experiences for our silent & live auctions at the event.
Donate a dessert for the Dessert Dash at Nourish & Flourish. Each table of gala guests will collectively bid on the order they get to choose their desserts, raising an average of $750 per dessert donated by bakeries, restaurants, and others in the community. This simple game is a crowd favorite and easy way to raise funds for our services.
Join our Summer Raffle ticket discounts. During summer community events, we sell raffle tickets to win several different prizes. Several restaurants also offer a one-time 10% discount on the back of the ticket stubs valid through the end of the year. We sell 300-500 raffle tickets, and restaurants have reported seeing up to 20 new customers because of the discount.
Participate in the Taste of West Seattle. We host the Taste of West Seattle each year at the Hall at Fauntleroy, this year on Thursday, September 24th. Featuring food and drink from 30+ restaurants, breweries, wineries, bakeries, and more. Attendees vote on their favorite items across 5 categories, with winning participants taking home a trophy. This event draws a sell-out crowd from across King County. Requires 300-400 samples and 1-2 staff.
(Note: Only beer/wine manufacturers or liquor distributors may donate alcohol to the Taste.)
Participate in the Chili Cookoff at Junction Harvest Fest. We run the Chili Cookoff at the Junction Harvest Festival each year on a Sunday in late October. (2026 date pending.) Up to 9 restaurants can join the friendly competition. Requires 5 gallons of chili and 1 staff.
